Parcel Concierge

Parcel Concierge is an easy way to collect all your purchases (online, phone or email orders) from the convenience of your car.

Collect your pre-purchased shopping at the Parcel Concierge Collection parking bay (QueensPlaza carpark P2) or at Concierge.

See the steps below to collect your purchase.

STEP 1	Place an order with any of the participating stores listed below online, by phone or e-mail. Select or mention that you would like to use Parcel Concierge as the option for collection.
STEP 2	Provide or select your preferred parcel pick-up date and time with the store.
STEP 3	You will be contacted via email or SMS with confirmation that your order is ready for collection.
STEP 4	Arrive at your confirmed time and wait in the Parcel Concierge bay in the carpark. Your order will be delivered to you on presentation of your confirmation email and ID verification.
STEP 5	Drive (or walk) away and enjoy your purchase.
