Dinosaur Designs has unveiled its latest collection, Beehive, a vibrant celebration of colour, craftsmanship and the beauty of the Australian landscape.
Designed by Co-Founders and Creative Directors Louise Olsen and Stephen Ormandy, the collection draws inspiration from the rich hues and organic forms of a honey-filled beehive. Featuring a range of handmade resin jewellery and homewares, Beehive introduces a warm and luminous palette of reds, oranges and yellows that capture the essence of nature.
Alongside signature shades including Chalk Swirl, Pollen and Cappuccino, the collection introduces three new hero colours—Crimson, Lava and Tangerine. These earthy red and orange tones reflect the Australian terrain that has long inspired Dinosaur Designs, evoking ochre-rich landscapes and dusty desert horizons.
The homewares collection showcases a curated selection of vases and tableware in the new Beehive palette. A standout feature is the return of the Beehive Vase, now expanded to include four distinctive hive-inspired silhouettes. New additions also join the brand’s glass and metal homewares range, including Pebble Jars reimagined in polished brass and classic resin vase forms now crafted in blown glass.
The jewellery collection brings playful colour and sculptural design together through handmade polished resin beads, layered necklaces, statement earrings and bold bangles. Polished brass hardware enhances the collection’s rich golden tones, while hive-inspired forms add a distinctive and contemporary edge.
The accompanying campaign, photographed by Pierre Toussaint and styled by Ilkin Kurt and Heleena Trahanas, highlights the collection’s striking colours and versatility, with model Matilda Dods showcasing a range of jewellery styles.
Known for celebrating individuality and artistic expression, Dinosaur Designs continues this philosophy through Beehive, encouraging wearers to embrace personal style through unique and handcrafted pieces.
The Beehive collection is available now at Dinosaur Designs located on Level 1.
