In collaboration with Elle Ferguson, this exclusive customisation experience gives you access to a curated collection of embellishments designed to transform an in-centre fashion purchase from a blank canvas to a bespoke, one-of-a-kind item.
Choose from embroidered patches, statement fringing, brooches, colourful accents, sparkling details and more. Whether your style is understated or expressive, you’ll create a piece that feels distinctly your own.
During your consultation, a stylist will guide you through the collection and help curate the perfect combination of embellishments, thoughtfully placed to bring your vision to life.
From Blank Canvas to Bespoke
Simply purchase a garment at QueensPlaza from 14 to 27 August. Then, secure your preferred appointment time through the online booking system.
Together with our team, you’ll explore a curated collection of embellishments and customise your piece to reflect your personal style. Your garment will be transformed into a one-of-kind creation, ready for collection the same day.
To get the most from your experience, we recommend selecting a plain garment such as a shirt, t-shirt, or blazer, allowing greater flexibility across the available embellishments.
Appointments are limited and bookings are strongly encouraged. A small number of walk-up consultations may be available on the day, subject to availability. Garment and proof of purchase are required at time of consultation.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a minimum spend for garments purchased in centre?
There is no minimum spend for garments purchased. The only requirement is that you purchase the item between Thursday 13 August to Sunday 30 August 2026 and present your proof-of-purchase at the appointment.
What are the participating stores that I can purchase my garment from?
Any fashion store at QueensPlaza. The garment purchased must be a wearable product (excluding swimwear, lingerie and underwear). For more information, please read the terms and conditions https://www.queensplaza.com.au/terms-and-conditions.
How long is the appointment?
Attachment of the embellishment will take approximately 30-45 minutes. You do not need to remain at the appointment during this time. You will be advised by staff of a time to return to collect your finished garment.
Can I cancel my booking?

What if I want to change my booking to another date and time?

Please note, tickets are very limited and if the session is showing sold out online then we will not be able to book you in to that time.
Will there be tickets available for walk-ups on the day?
Tickets are very limited and walk ups will only be available on the day if there are no shows or last-minute cancellations.
The event is sold out online, but I am wondering if I can get an extra ticket for a friend / family member?
Unfortunately, if the session is sold out online then there are no tickets available.
Is there an age limit for this event?
The event is limited to people aged 10 years or older. Children aged 10 – 17 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can book?
Yes, there is a maximum of 2 tickets per booking.
What time should I arrive for my event?
Please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your confirmed booing time and have a digital version of your ticket ready for check-in. Please be advised we may not be able to accommodate late arrivals.
We recommend planning additional time into your journey to secure a car park and navigate through the centre.
If I am late and missed my session – can I still participate?
Unfortunately, if you missed your session there is no guarantee that we can fit you into another session as tickets are very limited. Please check www.queensplaza.com.au/self-expression-matters to see if there are available tickets for an alternative session.
What if I don’t like the finished garment?
Garments will not be able to be refunded, repaired or exchanged.
